Clinic Policies

  • Canceling and Rescheduling Appointments
    We make every effort to keep to scheduled timings for consultations and surgery. Patients are sent reminders the day before their scheduled procedure or consultation, either by phone, text message or email. Please let us know in advance if you are unable to attend your appointment.
  • Scheduling Surgery
    When surgery is scheduled, we would request for a deposit to be paid, in order to confirm the reservation of the facilities and services. Please give us sufficient notice should you decide to cancel or postpone your surgery. A copy of our payment policies and pre-operative instructions can be downloaded here.
  • Payment Options
    Payment is accepted in the form of cash, NETS, cheques, credit cards (VISA, American Express, MasterCard) or bank transfer.
  • Informed Consent
    Before any procedure is performed, a detailed explanation of the procedure, recovery process and potential complications or side effects is given. We will only proceed once you are comfortable that all the necessary information has been given to you.
